Team Falcons is the 3rd team of the world ranking. They didn't perform as well at the TI as they were expected to, but the 4th place was not enough to change the line-up. They will continue their performance in the new season hoping to win next time.

L1ga Team is the 30th team of the world ranking. T2 team of CIS region showing good results lately. They managed to qualify for PGL Wallachia Season 2 and BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024. The tournament itself was played on the expected 12th-14th place. There is room to grow.

The difference is huge. Nothing has changed in this respect. I don't want to risk the outsider's handicap in this case.
