Entity Gaming is the 2nd team in the European ranking. At PGL Arlington Major 2022 they are playing with a replacement (Pure -> SaberLight-). Despite the loss of an important player, they have a good position in the bracket, sharing second place with Team Spirit. In 6 matches at the tournament, they managed to defeat NaVi and Boom, tied with Tundra Esports, Beastcoast and, not least, Team Spirit and lost to Team Aster.
EG is the 1st team in North America. PGL Arlington Major 2022 got off to a really bad start losing 2 matches to Team Aster and Boom. But then they were able to gather their strength, review their game and correct the situation. Over the next 4 matches they have 2 wins and 2 draws. We managed to defeat Team Spirit and Natus Vincere and shared the victories equally with Tundra and Beastcoast. If NaVi and Beastcoast don't show something phenomenal in the next games, they should calmly go to the next stage of the tournament.
It would seem that ETG should be in big trouble due to the lack of Pure, but they show decent results. Lost only to the leading team in the group (Aster). I think we will see at least one card from them today.
